Projects Underway...

I'm not very good at sitting around and waiting. I have all of these things in my head that I want to get done before the baby comes in late October......okay, I confess, I also have a few Word files on my desktop with lists (it's a sickness, I know).

One of the big things that we're doing before the baby comes is move Chloe and Claire into a room together. Claire is moving into Chloe's room. We are planning to transition them sometime in August and are hoping to make a big deal out of their "new room." We are in the process of choosing all new bedding and getting the other bed painted and ready. Mattresses will arrive the first weekend in August. We're even hoping that we can send the girls to Reesie and Papa's for the night and re-do the room as a surprise for them.....what fun!

All of that to say, one of the things I've worked on for the past two weeks is going through all of our toys......consolidating and cleaning out.

So......here are the finished closets.......

This is the nursery closet, which will double as storage for all the little girl clothes from here on out. This is currently Claire's room, so those are her current clothes hanging in there.

This is the girls' closet.....and their toy storage. The rods for clothes are just out of the picture, to the right. There is a top rod and a bottom, so Chloe and Claire will each have a rod for their clothes begining.
