BIG NEWS!!!
Well, I guess you've figured out by now that the Kilgores are becoming a Party of Five! On March 24th, we saw our third little one for the first time and confirmed that our family is expanding. How exciting! The official arrival date of this little one is November 3, 2010. However, those that know us well, know that I am a scheduled c-section. So, our third child will most likely be born around 39 weeks gestation.......sometime in the last few days of October. The jury is out for another 3 weeks or so.........some are cheering for blue, and some are cheering for pink! Regardless of the gender, we feel blessed to be adding to our brood. Join us in praying for the health and safety of this child of ours. And until we know for sure, feel free to cast your vote for a girl or a boy!

Chloe's Pre-School Easter Egg Hunt
The week of Easter, Chloe had her egg hunt at school. Aren't Easter egg hunts so much fun? Before the kids hunted eggs outside, they read the story of Easter and had snacks. Then, it was off to the playground where the fun began! It was hard to pick a few pictures to depict the day, so here's a conglomeration.
Oh....one more thing.....these are the lone pictures that I have of Easter 2010 with the Kilgores. So you better enjoy them! I know, I know......I'm a horrible parent! :)

Picking up where I left off......
Just to jog your memory (and mine!)..........
Kevin went to Minnesota with the church on a mission trip in mid-March. He was gone from a Thursday to a Monday. The girls and I spent Wednesday-Friday at my sister's, in Troy, Alabama. Then, we headed to Americus to spend the weekend with my parents. I always look forward to time there because I rarely get to go to Americus for no reason and with no agenda. We stayed there until Monday afternoon. We rolled into town just in time to meet Kevin at Burger King for dinner and big hugs!
Here are a few pictures of the girls from that weekend in Americus. Chloe was "helping" Papa rake and Claire was doing what she seems to be best at.....playing in the dirt! What fun memories!

Hello blog world, it's me again
Hello to you all! It's good to be back. I've missed you very much. This blog is very much an outlet for me to write and share my life. And although there has been lots of life to share, my time has been required elsewhere. So.......the above picture is my scene for this week! The beach, the breeze, and my favorites. Unusually, I have few things on my agenda other than catching up on this blog and intentionally soaking in memories and time with the ones that I love the most!
Over the past 6 weeks, life has required so much out of me and us........as I catch up over the next few days, you'll understand this statement so much better. When life takes these kinds of journeys, I find it even more important to be intentional with my family......making technology and computer time less frequent. Fortunately, before the creation of technology, our Creator embedded in us a capacity to remember.......which I'm learning is one of life's priceless possessions. We have the great privilege of making moments to remember, and no one can take our memories from us!
So, in the spirit of remembering, I'm going to spend some time this week recounting the last 6 weeks and the memories they've held. Enjoy the journey.......
