"Pink Shoe Off Tuesday"

Today was a big day........Chloe got her cast off!

This was the phrase that Chloe said to everyone on Sunday at church when they asked about her cast. It was quite humorous to hear her use the word "Tuesday"........her vocabulary constantly amazes us along with her comprehension and ability to use words correctly.

She did good this morning.........we expected her to get pretty upset during the process.........and we were right! However, it was all worth it in the end to be able to get that cast off! She has put a little weight on her leg but still isn't brave enough to walk around on it by herself. The man that cut her cast off told us to expect her to "favor" that leg for a few days and then be back to normal. We came home and she played in the bathtub for about 30 minutes and cried when I took her out!
