I "yike" it! :)

Another part of our trip to Indianapolis was to attend the Southern Baptist Convention. Kevin, Chloe, and I stayed in a hotel downtown from Sunday night to Wednesday morning and attended the annual pastor's conference and annual meeting. We had a great time seeing old friends and spending time with our pastor and his wife, Fred and Cindy. Chloe got to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa while Mommy and Daddy attended some of the meetings.

On Tuesday night, we had dinner at a wonderful restaurant with our wonderful friend, Bill. Kevin worked with Bill at First Baptist Atlanta and we grew to really love him during our time there. Chloe loved seeing "PeePaw" and we enjoyed catching up. The restaurant that we ate at was called the Weber Grill Restaurant. It was GREAT!

After dinner, Kevin and I took Chloe over to the mall to walk around a little bit and ended up getting a couple of cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon......I know, how can you resist that smell?? She went to bed shortly after we got back to the hotel so Kevin and I shared the first cinnamon roll after she was asleep. Kevin put the box and fork in the trash and we saved the second one for Chloe to eat for breakfast. Well, the next morning, we were all three hanging out in our room and Chloe was playing behind my chair (neither of us could see her). All of the sudden, I heard her say, "mmmmm.....I yike it!" When Kevin and I looked around the chair to see her, this is what we found........

...........she had gotten the box out of the trash can and was tasting herself! HYSTERICAL!!! We laughed so hard and then got out the other cinnamon roll for her to have......she really enjoyed it!

After breakfast, Chloe had fun playing with my shoes that had been left out.............

Then she lined them right back up and headed off to her next adventure..........I mean, only my kid would line the shoes back up perfectly (well, almost) before she played some more!! She is so funny!
