This sweet girl has my heart, much like her sisters. She is turning into such a big girl right before my eyes! I can't believe that she'll be 5 in just a few weeks! I would be fooling myself if I didn't use the phrase "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" here.....she is definately my child! She likes order and has a method behind everything she does. She takes in absolutely everything around her.....therefore providing big accountability to her daddy and I in the area of our conversation! She really doesn't miss anything!
She is a wonderful big sister to Claire and Caitlyn. They are her favorite playmates, and I pray that never changes. She also takes care of her sisters, especially out in public. She has a big-time "mama bear" instinct when it comes to her sisters.
She thinks creatively and is usually crafting something on paper or in her mind. I am absolutely fascinated as I watch her mind work. She is practically teaching herself to read. She has begun sounding out words and writing and spelling.
She has had a hard time over the past couple of weeks getting into the routine of going to Pre-K every morning. It has been heart-breaking to watch her struggle and help her through it (as I just want to scoop her up and keep her in my nest forever!) However, the reward is coming as I watch her come into herself in this situation.
Her list of things she wanted to do one day.......Candyland, fancy photo pictures, house, beads, stamps, Cooties, craft (which she sounded out and spelled herself!).
