Long Overdue........

Wow....isn't that a gross understatement? Overdue.....as in haven't blogged in 7 months! And as cheesy as this sounds, I have missed this blog and you all! You see, writing and journaling our life on this blog is such an outlet for me. It's a way that I can use a side of my brain that doesn't get used while I'm changing diapers or cleaning up the kitchen!

So, where do I start to catch you up on our lives in 2011? Let me just simply leave it at this......do you see those precious girls and that handsome guy in the picture above? That's what I've been doing......life with these four people.....my favorite people in the whole wide world! After the holidays, life began full force the way we know it.....busy! So all of my "free" time was spent keeping my head above water with my family and in our home. As we have come through a hectic summer, I've come to a point where I'm ready to blog again....and I couldn't be more excited!!!

In my return, I have a few goals.
-I would like to blog every day.
-I would like to blog about every part of our life.....kids, food, crafts, home stuff, church, etc.
-I would like to be diligent about using labels on my posts. (Insert big deep breath.......)

My plan is to just pick up blogging where we are now.....in the moment. Then over the course of the next few weeks and months, I'll go back and post about some of the monumental moments from the earlier months of this year.

I'm so glad to be back......I've missed you!
